CaterDesk is a CRM and booking management platform built for UK mobile caterers, food vans and event catering teams.

How do I sign up?

Start a free trial, enter your business details and open your workspace before adding payment details.

Can I import existing bookings?

Yes. You can import clients and bookings by CSV, and support can help with larger imports during setup.

How much does CaterDesk cost?

Paid plans start at GBP 39 per month for Starter, GBP 119 for Growth and GBP 249 for Pro.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can test the workflow during the trial before choosing a paid plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your operation changes.

Can I manage multiple menus?

Starter keeps the menu workflow simple, Growth adds packages and Pro unlocks advanced multi-menu bookings.

Does CaterDesk handle invoicing?

Yes. Growth and Pro include invoicing and payment tracking, including Stripe payment workflows.

Can clients use a portal?

Yes. The client portal lets customers view quotes, approve details and make permitted updates.

Is CaterDesk food truck software or a catering CRM?

It works as both: food truck booking software for enquiries, quotes and invoices, and a catering CRM for customers, menus and team records.

Starter includes 1 seat, Growth includes 3 and Pro includes 5. Additional seats can be added when needed.

What permissions can I set?
