CaterDesk provides software for managing catering customers, quotes, bookings, menus, invoices and related operational records.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping account details accurate, protecting access credentials and ensuring authorised users follow these terms.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and failed payment may restrict access.

Customer data

You retain ownership of customer and booking data entered into CaterDesk. We process that data to provide and secure the service.

Liability and law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Liability is limited as far as permitted by applicable law.
